Garpim Mobilya A.Ş. prioritizes customer satisfaction and ensures the quality and safety of our products. However, in case you encounter unexpected situations when purchasing a product, you can easily process your return or exchange. You can start your return process by considering the following conditions.

Return Period

As Garpim Mobilya A.Ş., you can return your products within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return requests are only valid for unused products that are in their original packaging and in their original condition.

Return Conditions

• Product Condition: The returned product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

• Return Form: To initiate your return request, you need to fill out the Garpim Mobilya Return Form. After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation email.

• Return Shipping: To prevent any damage during transportation and delivery, the product must be carefully packaged. You will need to send the product to Garpim Mobilya's authorized return address.

• Return Costs: The return cost for deliveries within Turkey is borne by the customer. However, for defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by Garpim Mobilya A.Ş.
